Operator reports lagoon discharge completed; second discharge targeted for May
Certified Operators Services LLC told the Village of Decatur council that the wastewater system’s first discharge is complete, dredging of cell one by USDA has begun, and EGLE is conducting a wellfields and wellhead safety survey.

At the workshop Mr. Clark of Certified Operators Services LLC gave a status update on the village wastewater lagoons and water system. He reported: "First discharge has been completed and hope for a second one in May," said Mr. Clark, and added that dredging of cell one by the USDA has begun.
