The Clay County Council voted to approve a set of midyear appropriations after adjusting several line items and removing one request covered by a recently awarded grant. The package originally listed county-general personal services at $46,689 and other services and charges at $172,000 (a $218,689 total across affected lines), along with smaller items including a $4,000 county misdemeanor transfer.
