City Manager Tom Hanson told the Washington Terrace Redevelopment Agency on April 1 that a proposed commercial building at 5580 South Adams Avenue is designed to be sustainable and to support local commercial investment. He said the project team has increased parking, is planning underground water detention, and expects the 10,000-square-foot building to fit with nearby structures.
