The Lowry Crossing Board of Adjustments approved a variance on Nov. 11, 2024, allowing an RV cover to be added to the shop at 625 Cross Fence Drive and placed 5 feet from the property line. The minutes record that Courtney Jones made the motion to approve the variance and that Julie Trujillo seconded; the motion is recorded as having "passed unanimously."
