The Cache County Council on June 10 unanimously approved Joshua (Josh) Barson as Director of Behavioral Health for the Bear River Health Department. Jordan Mathis introduced Barson as the candidate for the position. Councilmember David Erickson moved to approve the appointment, seconded by Councilmember Barbara Tidwell; the motion passed 6–0 with Councilmember Keegan Garrity recorded as absent.
