The Grantsville City Planning Commission on Nov. 18, 2025, voted unanimously to recommend approval of a proposed Master Development Agreement (MDA) template, contingent on several clarifications and edits. Staff and outside counsel presented the template as a standard form to streamline negotiations and provide consistent definitions and terms for future development agreements.
