The Planning Commission opened a public hearing on proposed amendments to Title 11 at 7:16 p.m. Zoning Administrator Kenny Funk explained the amendment "was to change the DRC committee." The hearing closed shortly thereafter and the commission voted 4-0 to recommend the proposed changes.
