The board approved Ordinance No. 337 on first reading to amend Article II (Definitions) of the Municipal Floodplain Zoning Ordinance by adding a definition for 'Encroachment.' Vice Mayor Kevin Howard moved for approval of Ordinance No. 337 with correction to the definition language; Alderman Billy McCarty seconded the motion, which the minutes record as passing 'with all ayes.'
