At its Aug. 11 meeting the Village of Funk Board of Trustees recorded the following formal actions: approval of the July 14, 2025 minutes; approval of multiple July claims and additional claims; entry into executive session to discuss legal matters; adoption of Resolution 2025-4; approval of a street sign purchase for $153.82 plus shipping; approval of Clean Up Days (Aug. 29–Sept. 2, 2025); and direction to the village attorney to prepare a settlement agreement related to vehicle damage. Several claims named trustees and were recorded with the trustees abstaining on their own claims where applicable.
