The Village of Funk Board of Trustees on Nov. 10 approved Resolution 2025-11 authorizing an interlocal agreement with Rural Fire Protection District 1 of Phelps County. The resolution, read by the village attorney, directs the chairman to execute the interlocal agreement on behalf of the village.
