The minutes include an itemized claims list that shows, among other entries, Southern Public Power $1,372.57; Central Valley Electric $1,381.99 (Christmas lights); VISA $1,039.21; Sandi Moncrief $1,368.36 for accounting fees; and South Central Sanitation $1,959.00 for trash services.
