County Assessor Beckmann told the Knox County Board of Equalization on Jan. 21, 2026, that state information for 2024 and 2025 valuations and taxes had been reviewed and that updates to preliminary valuations for residential and commercial properties are complete. Beckmann said work on agricultural land valuations is ongoing.
