County Engineer Chris Mullins submitted Pay Estimate No. 5‑T for the sanitary force main project from Wintergreen to Knollwood. The pay estimate covered work performed Oct. 11, 2025, through Dec. 22, 2025, and requested payment of $28,750.00 to Precise Boring of Ohio, Inc. The board authorized Commissioner Jay H. Wippel to sign the contractor’s application for payment after a motion by Commissioner Harold R. Henson and a second by Commissioner Gary K. Scherer.
