The board approved agreements with the Boys and Girls Club of Tracy and the San Joaquin County Office of Education to provide Expanded Learning Opportunities (ELO/ELO-P) under the district’s ELO plans for the 2025–26 school year. Trustees recorded the approvals during the educational-services consent and action items.
