Acting City Administrator Karen Davis proposed scheduling a budget workshop and the council set the meeting for Thursday, July 30, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. Council Member Johnson moved to schedule the workshop; Council Member Curtis Whittley seconded. The motion passed 3–0.
