Staff told the workshop that Center Avenue meetings with businesses and residents took place on March 30 and April 2 and that water testing was starting the day of the meeting. "We're putting in, or starting to test water today," staff said, adding that if tests are satisfactory they expected crews to begin construction the following week and that weekly construction coordination meetings would begin April 23.
