Mayor Derek Weathers read a proclamation declaring October as Code Compliance Month and asked Chief Severance to introduce Matthew Hall, a code enforcement officer. "Now, therefore, it be resolved that I, Derek Weathers, together with the city council, do hereby proclaim the month of October as Code Compliance Month," the mayor read during the proclamation remarks.
