Director John Maher moved to approve the charter for an Ecological Planning Committee at the July 8 meeting. Vincent Turchiano seconded the motion, which failed on a recorded vote of 1 AYE, 6 NAY and 1 ABSTENTION (Resolution 2025/7-5).
