The Colbert County Commission voted Nov. 18 to set county license fees for three alcohol license types created in the 2025 Alabama legislative session. Under Resolution 2026-0008, the fees for unincorporated Colbert County are: Education Tourism Distillery, $250 annually; Special Event Storage, $550 annually; and Government Venue, $1,000 annually.
