Board approves two-year communications supervisors contract with 3% COLAs

Douglas County approved a two-year collective bargaining agreement for the Sheriff's Office communications supervisors with 3% cost-of-living increases in both years and a 3% market adjustment in year one; the agreement was ratified by the union.
