The committee reviewed logistics for the Green Expo (Aug. 22), confirming who will bring keys, signage and equipment and agreeing to recruit volunteers for setup and takedown. One organizer said she would ask committees to come at a set time so everyone can help put up tents and then return to take things down at the end of the day.
