Department liaisons presented a proposed list of intersections July 14 for possible stop-sign modifications and requested the topic remain open for further study. The suggested changes included moving a 4-way stop from Parade and Hazen to Washington and Parade; installing a stop sign on Hazen at Parade; returning a 3-way stop at Third Avenue and South Street; and considering a 4-way at Center and Odell plus a 'Stop Ahead' sign on Odell.
