County staff presented change order number 2 to contract number 6884 with US West Corporation, doing business as US West Electric, for electrical service upgrades at the fairgrounds. The change order covers a refeed for RV-panel service in the main infield and includes contracting a firm to perform underground imaging so crews will know what is under the surface before excavation.
