On Oct. 6, 2025 the Bartholomew County Commissioners unanimously approved three culvert-wedging contracts for county roads — a two-culvert project on Base Road awarded to All Star Paving and single-culvert jobs on CR 425 E and CR 850 S awarded to Milestone Contractors — to be paid from the Highway Department budget.
