The Selectboard reviewed Access Permit application #26-093 submitted by Kristen Johnson for 3625 Ripton Road. Board members noted Highway Supervisor Josh visited the site Sept. 29 and included conditions in the permit review. Following review, Chair Tim McGowan moved and Joe Martell seconded approval of the permit; the motion passed with a 4/0/1 vote.
