The Charlevoix County Board moved into a closed session on May 13 to consider a personnel evaluation at the request of the employee. The motion to go into closed session pursuant to MCL 15.268 Section 8(a) was moved by Commissioner Scott Hankins, seconded by Commissioner Joshua Chamberlain, and carried on a roll call vote of 6-0. The Board returned to open session at 11:26 a.m. and adjourned.
