Lauderdale County approves change order, pay application for Workforce Development Center project
The county approved a change order and Pay Application No. 25 for the Workforce Development Center project showing contract to date of $29.53 million, change orders totaling about $3.86 million and an amount due on the current estimate of $449,087.11.

The Lauderdale County Commission on Sept. 8, 2025 approved a resolution related to a change order for the Lauderdale County Workforce Development Center and accepted Pay Application No. 25 from First Team Construction Co., Inc., the contractor on the project.
