The Minocqua Plan Commission approved an administrative review permit for Sapphire Lounge LLC to open a 65-seat wine/cocktail bar at 414 Oneida Street, granting a parking exemption after planners reported the site cannot meet the 28-space requirement. The vote was 6-0.

The Minocqua Plan Commission voted 6-0 on Aug. 12 to approve Administrative Review Permit (ARP) #31-25, allowing Sapphire Lounge LLC to operate a wine and cocktail bar and restaurant at 414 Oneida Street in downtown Minocqua.
