Trustee BJ Franken moved and Trustee Julius Dickmander seconded a motion to proceed with the West Central Nebraska Development District, Inc. (WCNDD) Nuisance Abatement Program and to authorize the Clerk and Board Chairman to complete and sign the required application. The board approved the motion by unanimous vote.
