The redevelopment commission voted to award its annual paving contract to Ruth Riley after staff identified the company as the low and responsible bidder for bid package 26-1. Connor, a staff member who presented the paving list, told the commission the contract would cover Plaza, Indian Boundary and 1100 North from 5th Street to 100 East and recommended moving forward so work could begin once final prices are confirmed.
