At the planning and zoning portion of the meeting, councilors reviewed three separate permit requests: a small accessory structure for Pierz Townhomes LLC; a building permit for a ramp at 61 Summer St. S for Richard and May Schomer; and a building permit for Casey's Retail Company to construct a convenience store with fuel-dispensing and a canopy at 127 Main St. S. The council approved the planning and zoning recommendations with the contingencies set by staff.
