Commission corrects Aug. 11 minutes after vote-record discrepancy
Commissioner Landau said the Aug. 11 minutes misrecorded his vote; the commission moved to amend the minutes to show his recorded affirmative vote and then approved the amended minutes by voice vote with no objection.

Commissioner Landau raised a discrepancy in the Aug. 11, 2026 minutes, saying the record incorrectly showed his vote as "no," whereas he had stated he would vote in the affirmative. "The minutes of 08/11/2026 needs to be corrected," Landau said, asking the record be amended to reflect a yes vote. The commission withdrew the earlier approval motion, Landau made a corrective motion, and other commissioners seconded and approved the corrected minutes by voice vote.
