Acting city planner Crystal Nygaard reported that Corvus Design has been selected as the project team to prepare the parks and recreation master plan and that the planning process is expected to take about one year with multiple public input opportunities. "Corvus Design has been selected for the Parks and Rec Master Plan," Nygaard said, and staff anticipated bringing the agreement to the city council for award and appropriation.
