During a discussion of DocuSign signature requests, Evan (S2) raised a separate financial recommendation: RPC staff are "contemplating, while we have you guys all here, consolidating into one bank" and favor KeyBank because it provides a collateralization mechanism that would allow coverage above the usual deposit insurance limits.
