Auditor Annie Capp and Benefits Administrator Heather Abraham presented draft Complete Compensation Reports that the county plans to implement in the last quarter of 2025 to show employees their total compensation package. The presenters said retirement (SDRS) will be added to the reports; Abraham also summarized results of a seven-question benefits survey and noted she will investigate whether the county can secure a discount at the local recreation center.
