Consultants present Coyote Ridge trail plan approach; draft expected mid-August

Consultants from Point Strategies outlined their approach to planning and prioritizing improvements at Coyote Ridge, combining desktop LiDAR modeling with on-site field verification and public engagement at town events. Annie McFarland, identified as the founder of Point Strategies, described deliverables including inspection reports, prioritized recommendations with cost estimates, and an implementation plan; she said the draft master plan is targeted for mid-August and a final plan in early-to-mid October.
