The Superior Planning Commission received a presentation from the consulting team on its draft comprehensive-plan update and set a path toward a formal recommendation and adoption by the town council. Nora, a member of the consultant team, told commissioners the draft frames the plan as "a long range policy guide for managing growth, development, and public investment," tying vision statements to implementation matrices intended to inform future code updates.
