The Rush Valley Planning & Zoning Commission on April 1 approved a building permit for a home on a nonconforming lot on Juniper Street (parcel 01-308-0-0030), placing three conditions on the permit: submit a revised plot map showing a 30-foot measurement from the porch corner post to the property line, improve the road to the west end of the property line, and complete the road work before a certificate of occupancy can be issued.
