Commissioners approve final ARC grant report for Jackson Pike Workforce Center, note change orders and full expenditure

Grants Administrator Karen Sprague presented the final performance report for Gallia County’s FY2023 ARC Grant (GOA-AD-23-64) for the Jackson Pike Workforce Center project, saying the $175,000 ARC award was fully expended and the report was submitted to the Governor’s Office of Appalachia before the 6/30/2025 due date. The board voted unanimously to approve the report as submitted.
