The council approved a set of routine actions in short votes on Sept. 21. Motions carried to contract Southern Creek Services LLC for mole/gopher removal at Bristow Lake Massena Dam ($4,800 for March–October); to close West 1st Street for the Bristow Holiness Church Fall Festival on Oct. 24; and to issue an RFP to place a Route 66 monument at 124 W. 4th with bid timelines and a completion date of Nov. 15, 2026.
