Sheriff, commissioners plan purchase-order controls before signing equitable-sharing agreement

Sheriff Mike Vance updated the Seward County Board of Commissioners on Oct. 21 about progress toward submitting the county’s Equitable Sharing Agreement & Certification (ESAC). Vance said he has worked with Commissioners Scott Pekarek and Darrell J. Zabrocki on establishing a purchase-order (PO) policy for items paid from the Justice/Drug Fund.
