Seward County rescinds conditional-use permit after Pine Creek Poultry withdraws application
The Seward County Board of Commissioners adopted Resolution No. 3896 on Oct. 21, 2025, rescinding a prior conditional-use permit for Pine Creek Poultry after legal counsel for the company notified the county it would not proceed with the livestock feeding operation. The vote was unanimous.

The Seward County Board of Commissioners on Oct. 21 adopted Resolution No. 3896, rescinding Resolution No. 3880 and cancelling the conditional-use permit previously issued to Pine Creek Poultry LLC for a proposed livestock feeding operation in the SE 1/4 of Section 7, Township 12 North, Range 2 East.
