Saguache County commissioners appoint Dale Hazard to Rio Grande Water Conservation Board amid split views on water policy
After debate over candidates’ views on valley water management, the Saguache County Board of Commissioners appointed Dale Hazard to finish a vacated term on the Rio Grande Water Conservation Board. The vote carried 2–0 with Commissioner Tom McCracken abstaining.
