McIntosh County approves EMS fee increase, new software subscription and billing contract
The county approved a higher ambulance fee, a subscription to Image Trend EMS software and a modified billing/consulting contract with Trinity EMA (TEMS) — actions the EMS director said were needed to improve revenue capture and operations.

Franklin Wallace, the McIntosh County Emergency Medical Services director, told commissioners on Aug. 12 that the department needs revised fees and updated vendor services to support operations and revenue collection. The board unanimously approved an increase to the county's ambulance fee structure.
