Manager reports new development inquiries and schedules FLIR flow study; staff to consider electrical troubleshooting training

Authority manager Mr. Zarenczak reported that the Teodori wastewater treatment plant permit termination notice has been submitted to DEP and that DEP inspection is complete; he said the permit will terminate in 30 days. He described three preliminary development inquiries, including a conceptual proposal for about 105 single-family homes between Elm Drive and Cecil Henderson Road, and said the authority will coordinate meetings with developers and the engineer to determine service and capacity needs.
