Township planning and engineering staff reported that applicants had addressed key comments and recommended preliminary or final actions on several land-development matters. The board approved a motion to rescind a prior preliminary approval for the Liberty Grove subdivision and then considered a new application (20260003) for preliminary approval contingent on Gateway engineers' comments and Midway Sewage Authority sanitary‑sewer approval.
