The board approved a set of land-development items that included rescinding an earlier preliminary approval, granting conditional preliminary approval for a revised Liberty Grove plan, and approving several lot revision applications. Specifically, Resolution 69 rescinded prior preliminary approval for Liberty Grove; Resolution 70 granted preliminary approval for a revised Liberty Grove plan contingent on addressing planning and engineering comments and obtaining sanitary sewer approval from the Midway Sewage Authority. Resolutions 71 and 72 approved El Tajayano Phase 6 and the O'Connor Beck lot revision (with stated acreage changes).
