The Board approved a 36-month agreement between Lapeer County, the Prosecuting Attorney's Office, and LexisNexis beginning Nov. 1, 2026. The contract covers seven users and carries tiered monthly costs: $130/month for 2026/2027, $1,300/month for 2027/2028, and $1,385/month for 2028/2029. The subscription costs are to be paid from the PA's budget line 205-296-809-000 and are recorded as "at no additional cost to the general fund." The Chair was authorized to sign the agreement.
