EMA/911 reports: eDispatches completed, Eventide recorder issues persist; staffing and grant management ongoing

John Wilt, reporting for EMA/911, told the commissioners that operational work continues on several fronts: data population for Sundance CAD is ongoing, the eDispatches project is complete with all fire departments migrated to the master account, and the team is waiting on a radio quote from J.D. Johnson. Wilt said Eventide recorder issues persist because of a data feed from Guardian that is causing calls to be mislabeled, and multiple vendors are working to resolve the problem.
