Commissioners grant encroachment easement to HUD for 7600 Ridge Road property
The board authorized an encroachment easement allowing a building at 7600 Ridge Road to remain within the Ridge Road right-of-way and authorized Commissioner Melissa Bell to sign required documents (Resolution 25-0860).

The Muskingum County Board of Commissioners on Aug. 28 approved Resolution 25-0860 to grant an encroachment easement to the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development for the premises at 7600 Ridge Road, Zanesville (Tax Parcel No. 25-75-01-34-000). The resolution notes a building on the property encroaches into the Ridge Road (CR-34) right-of-way based on a McPeek survey dated Aug. 20, 2018, and authorizes Melissa Bell, President of the Board, to sign documents necessary to convey the easement.
